We offer a great job for someone with high standards who seeking a flexible part-time position and the privilege of working with some exceptionally nice clients.  Our successful hires have included retirees supplementing their income, self-employed professionals who use us as a long-term additional income stream, and college students who will be around for a year or two (see internship opportunities below).

Our clients are well-educated professionals who made the decision to "hang their own shingle" and run their own small business or practice.  We view ourselves as their extended staff, who just happen to be on our payroll.

Job requirements:

Outstanding telephone personality, attention to detail, ability to learn and handle multiple client accounts, ability to create a positive experience for the caller while achieving the best interests of our clients.  Ability to ensure confidentiality.

Must be reliable.  Type minimum of 45 wpm.  Own a PC that can be hard wired into the router (no wi-fi) and have a quiet work area that is free of distracting sounds like barking dogs, other noisy pets, children, etc.

College internship opportunities:  Our primary job is to take care of our clients.  Everyone answers phones.  Students tell us they receive outstanding customer service training that has helped them in future jobs.  We like provide opportunities to add skills to your resume while benefiting Front Desk Team.  We're open to suggestions and are willing to structure a for-credit internship.  Immediate opportunities include projects in business , communication, and public health.
