Our Story

We developed Front Desk Team in 2004 as a solution for small businesses.  Our founder, Loretta Mullany, was consulting to small business owners to help them increase efficiency and profitability.

The biggest obstacle many owners faced was that they were trying to do everything themselves.

  • Hiring and managing a staff seemed to expensive and disruptive.
  • Constant telephone interruptions disrupted concentration, productivity, and profitability.
  • Phone tag hurt sales and customer service.

We went looking for a solution that our clients trusted.  When we didn't find what they wanted, we created Front Desk, now called Front Desk Team.  Since then, we have become an extended part of each client team.  Staff members become experts in the customized services we provide for each client.  In effect, we are their staff, just managed and employed by Front Desk Team.
